Reef Fishing

Weather permitting, we can target patch reefs very close to shore or the main reef systems 2-3 miles before the drop off on the Atlantic. Reef fishing trips are great for grocery runs! We typically catch various Snapper and Grouper species, Kingfish, Cero Mackerel, and Barracudas.

On these trips we are usually chumming the waters & live bait fishing near the bottom. We won’t waste time catching live bait in the morning, we go fishing! The patch reefs we fish are very close to shore, usually .5 – 1 mile, and are 8-25 feet. The reefs close to the shelf are 2-3 miles from shore, and usually have us fishing 40 – 180 feet.

Target Species

You will fish for Floridian favorites such as Yellowtail Snapper, Mutton Snapper, Lane Snapper, Vermilion Snapper, Mangrove Snapper, Black Grouper, Kingfish, Cero Mackerel, Barracudas, and more.

Where We Fish

Our reef trips are weather dependent, and will never be more than 2-3 miles from shore.
